We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from your delivery date to return any item.

How It Works:

Simply complete the return form below within 30 days of delivery, and our Customer Service team will be in touch with next steps.

Return Shipping:

• Change of mind returns: We'll email you a return shipping label to make the process easy. The shipping cost will be deduced from your refund amount.
• Defective or damaged products: We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Damaged Products:

Received a damaged item? We're here to help! Reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos showing the damage. This applies whether the box looks fine but the product inside is damaged, or if both the box and the product were damaged during shipment. We'll take care of your right away. Keep in mind that we may not be able to accept damage claims reported after 5 days from delivery.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? Simple request a return for refund and place a new order, or contact our customer service team - we're here to help!

Ineligible Returns:

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging
• Products purchased through a third-party (not directly from Drive at Home)
